It is only because of our experience in the marketplace and the personal relationships with these sponsors that investments such as these are available. These investments will be arranged to meet the timing, risk, return and diversification goals of our investors. Each investment still receives the same attention to detail, negotiation and due diligence that all the rest of our investments receive.
