multi-family assets in these markets with general price parameters of $2M to $15M per asset. By looking for
opportunity in lesser known locales and/or at a price point above the small investor and below the
institutional players, Emmaus Investments is able to avoid competition and earn better returns. Through
extensive market research and its network of industry relationships, Emmaus Investments identifies investment
opportunities that have significant upside potential through lease-up, below market rents, cost efficiency or
repositioning.
Once acquired, Emmaus Investments executes a property specific business plan that includes: operating and leasing
strategies, physical improvements as well as repositioning.
