Mr. Thomas (Tom) A. King

Founder and Principal of Emmaus Investments, Inc. Mr. King has been actively working in commercial real estate since 1987. His successful career includes extensive experience in leasing and property management as well ownership and master leasing of multiple buildings throughout the greater Sacramento Area. Mr. King has also held a director position at a national executive suite firm with responsibility for more than sixty locations throughout the Western United States. Mr. King oversees the daily operation and management of Emmaus Investments.

Mr. King has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use.

Mr. A. Todd Rivetti

Principal of Emmaus Investments, Inc. Mr. Rivetti brings over two decades experience in commercial real estate to Emmaus Investments. For the last decade Mr. Rivetti has provided advisory services to a variety of domestic and foreign, institutional clients in support of their acquisition and disposition of properties throughout the United States. Todd also possesses extensive appraisal and due diligence experience in all product types: office, retail, industrial and multi-family residential.

Mr. Rivetti holds bachelor degrees in Accounting and English as well as an MBA from California State University, Sacramento. Mr. Rivetti also holds the MAI designation from the appraisal Institute and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute.
